2. Warranty and Maintenance:
This is one of the strategic objectives of our company.
We have two Customer Service Centre in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, ready to serve 24/7 for technical problems arising during operation of the system. Our customers are always entitled to warranty as stipulated by the manufacturer and provided professional maintenance services as required, with the spare parts are always available for replacement to ensure the system is stable continuous operation. Additionally, Customers who use the products that offered by us will be always upgraded new technical features and offer optimal solutions to solve the problems related to the system.
